What is managed print services (MPS)?
Managed print services means a single partner takes ownership of your printers and copiers end to end — security, service, supplies, and support — for one predictable cost. AxioPrint monitors your fleet, ships toner automatically, handles repairs, and keeps every device under a security policy, so your team stops managing print.
How does the no-lease model work?
Instead of a 60-month copier lease, AxioPrint is month-to-month — cancel anytime, and add or remove devices with a single email. There is no capital outlay; we supply the equipment as part of the program. See The AxioPrint Model for details.
How much can we save?

What does "fixed cost per page" include?
A single predictable rate per page that includes service, supplies, and support — and you never pay more for a heavier page. Toner ships automatically before you run out, at no extra charge.
How is print a security risk, and how do you secure it?
Networked printers store data, transmit documents, and run firmware — yet are often unpatched and unauthenticated. Often, yes. Our lease buyout program assesses your current lease, manages the buyout logistics, and transitions you onto a flexible, fully managed program with minimal downtime.
What equipment and brands do you support?
We recommend HP for most businesses for the best balance of value, performance, and security, and we also supply and service Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Sharp, and Lexmark — plus production presses and large-format devices. See Brands We Support.
How fast is service and support?
Fast onsite response through our nationwide service network of 2,000+ factory-certified technicians and 60+ service hubs. Most repairs are completed on the first visit, and if a device can't be repaired, we replace it at no cost.
Do you support businesses with multiple locations?
Yes. AxioPrint is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and serves the Phoenix metro and the state, with a nationwide network for multi-site and national accounts — the same secure, managed program in every location.
Is AxioPrint the same company as Axio Networks?
No. AxioPrint is its own business, a brand under the Axio Group umbrella. Axio Networks is a separate, sister company — a managed IT and cybersecurity firm. That shared, security-first DNA is what shapes our approach to print.
